My room was clean, and the staff was efficient. The room had ample amenities. I found the location convenient for exploring.

The automatic check-in process was not smooth. The room felt tiny. The window faced an inner corridor with a view of a wall only centimeters away.

amazing location, small BUT functional rooms

prime location convenient walk handy scale

i stayed at this hotel for four nights and found its location convenient. it is a short walk to two metro stations and to the roppongi hills shopping district. i especially liked the handy luggage scales in the foyer, they helped me avoid overweight baggage fees.

the female staff at the self check in area showed poor service, she did not offer help when i clearly had problems. i had to ask a male staff for assistance, who was very helpful, though. this initial experience really affected my perception of the hotel.

some staff members are very helpful, they readily assist with requests and provide clear directions. however, other staff provide inconsistent support at check in and exhibit some unfriendliness. quick resolution to minor issues is appreciated.

The staff were friendly and helpful .

The room felt REALLY small. I could BARELY open my suitcase without hitting something. the front desk was not helpful. They could NOT assist with printing necessary travel documents, a real inconvenience. I expect more service for the price.

the room size was definitely a downside. it felt cramped, with little space to move around, even for just one person. also, i found the staff's handling of a minor request quite rigid. there seemed to be a lack of flexibility in addressing simple issues.. it left me feeling a bit disappointed.

convenient location main street

the hotel has an onsen. the location is also very convenient. plenty of restaurants are just along the main street. roppongi station is a 10 minute walk.

the pool costs 2500 yen per hour and i think that's very expensive!!!
